Drawing inspiration from her childhood readings of the 'Little Miss' books by Roger Hargreaves, Claudia discovered that as she grew older, she could embody not only the cheerful personas like 'Little Miss Fun' and 'Little Miss Sunshine' but also the less talked about aspects such as 'Little Miss Anxiety' and 'Little Miss Self Doubt'. In an effort to normalize and make these feelings relatable, Claudia infused her own experiences into these characters. By bringing these ideas and emotions to life through her artwork, Claudia aimed to echo the relatability and authenticity that has long defined Hargreaves's beloved characters.
